Lately, the Singapore property market has undergone a series of cooling measures. These cooling measures (ABSD, TDSR) have made financing a property more complex. The SG Condo Buyers Toolkit is specifically developed to help potential condo buyers exercise prudence in their property purchase, and assist them in financial planning.

1. Progressive Payment Schedule Calculation (for new launches):
- (Bonus!) Fill in your cash and CPF OA, and the app will calculate if you have enough for the property purchase or how much more you need!
- Email the calculation to yourself for future reference or to your spouse/partner for discussion. (Note: Email account has to be set up on the phone)
- (New in this version!) Computes SPR and Foreigner ABSD
2. Normal Schedule Calculation (for completed projects, resale):

3. TDSR Calculator:
Provides an estimation on your loan amount and purchase price of a property based on your income and debts.
- (New in this version!) Includes liquid assets, stocks, gold etc, and auto computation of LTV based on the number of outstanding loans, age and loan term.
4. Rental Yield Calculator:
Calculates the rental yield of your property based on the purchase price, monthly rental and related expenses.
The small price tag is to cover the time and effort that I put into developing this app. I hope you find the app useful.
